   By popular request, we will be expanding the group to two locations. One in Vancouver. The other in North Vancouver. Feel free to visit either or both. The North Vancouver meeting takes place Wednesday September 12 @ 7pm. Location being WAVES Coffee House, 107 West 1st Street, North Vancouver. The book we're discussing there is Touched by Venom by local author Janine Cross.

   The Vancouver meeting takes place on Thursday September 20 @ 7pm. Location will be Our Town Coffee House, located at 245 East Broadway, Vancouver. There, the book we are discussing will be Gravity's Rainbow by Thomas Pynchon.

   Please note that both groups are still accepting new members. While contacting the organizer is unecesary prior to attending a meeting, those requiring more information may contact Doug @ (604) 526-5621 or e-mail.

   Here's the update for December. We are still hosting two groups. New members are welcome to join either group or both without contacting the organizer. Details are as follows.
   One group meets on Wednesday December 12 @ 7pm. They meet at WAVES coffee house, located at 107 West 1st Street, North Vancouver. Book to be discussed there will be "The Black Cloud" by Fred Hoyle.
   The other group meets on Thursday December 13 @ 7pm. They meet at Our Town coffee house, located at 245 East Broadway, Vancouver. They will be discussing two books. "Against the Fall of Night" by Arthur C. Clarke and "The City and the Stars" also by Arthur C. Clarke.
