Hi - I'd be pleased to field any questions about my latest novel "Bad Press", published by Turnstone Press and now in Chapters. Please take a look at my site and let me know your thoughts. http://www.geocities.com/vanbc2000/

Steve Sinclair is a jet-setting photographer with a big-time London newspaper. When Sinclair appropriates a hoodlum’s laptop a series of increasingly treacherous events is unleashed.

When Kelly Watson falls for him—or, rather, falls on top of him from behind a closet door, murdered—Sinclair does his best to stay focussed on his work. But, as he tries to deliver images that the world waits to see, Sinclair finds himself caught in a tangled web of intrigue.

With the help of environmentally-conscious reporter Cass Collingridge and a computer expert named Guy, Sinclair sets out to crack the encryption on the laptop and decipher his own unwitting connection to the murder of Kelly Watson.

Follow the action from the streets of London to a green protest on the high seas to the bedroom of a seductive knife-wielding corporate lawyer. It’s all in a day’s work for Steve Sinclair.
