Viatical Insurance Fraud can affect all of us. It involves terminally ill people selling their life insurance policies to third parties who can "make out like bandits" if the seller dies early. It's a legitimate business that fraudsters are having a field day with. See Richard Dooling's new book, "Bet Your Life" (HarperCollins).
